Hello everybody, I hope you are all doing well. I think this is actually the most important post I have ever wrote and something so important to share with you. I think the hardest and darkest times in life are crucial to get clearity about ourselves and transform to a better version of ourselves - or better to find the way back to our true self, our essence. Everything that triggers you in life or makes you feel that your loosing control is a strong sign of a wound that isn´t healed yet inside of yourself. So every person or circumstance that comes along your way in life is there in order to reflect your own shadows. Things that make you upset are things you do not want to see about yourself! Things you point your finger on and critize, are actually things you do not want to see in yourself and therefore you also do not want to accept them or you are simply unaware of their existance. We can not change other people and their behaviour but what we can change is how we react to them. So

Hello everyone, actually when life gets hard, when external situations and routines change, when we go trough personal lows we often get anxious or sometimes even overwelmed. We get lost in negative thoughts, we get tangeled in panic and we just want to have back the feeling of control.  We start to compare how we felt in the past. Was life better? Easier? Happier? We blame or judge ourselves, we cling to old emotions and memories. Maybe even get a little depressed. Also the feature looks suddenly frightening and unpredictable. How should we manage everything? And this focus on either the past or the future limits us to actually go through the discomfort, through the pain or fear. We try to suppress and avoid these uncomfortable and painful feelings instead of letting our mind find acceptance and peace with the presence, with reality. Gratitude - a life long lesson.

Hello everybody, I hope you are all doing well. I just think gratitude is so important to include in our daily life. Gratitude makes us feel alive and happy because we connect with the present moment and with ourselves. Instead of focusing what we do not have or what we would like to have we appreciate what is already right in front of us. This way we are able to invite awareness in our life because we take a moment to truly see ourselves - we focus on the inside and not on the outside. With gratitude we learn to accept our past and we let go of the constant necessity to control every situation. We let go of our ego and see ourselves with love and appreciation. We can let go of our shame and regret, we are able to forgive.  With gratitude we give life a chance to embrace challenges instead of procrastinate and letting fear rule our life - this let us become a wiser and better version of ourselves. “Be thankful for everything that happens in your life; it’s all an experience.” ―

Mindful sunday #12

Life is short. I mean how often do we really do the things we really want to do? How often do we really say what we feel? How often do we really show our appreciation and love to others?  How often are we thankful? How often do we show our true soul? How often do we want to help? Do something good for others? Be humble, be kind. Life is mystery. Life is constant change. But life is beautiful. Life is deep. Life is a painting of all our experiences, all our memories. So just let every day be a special day - just remember it could be the last. If you live this way you can say in the end - life is a gift. The biggest gift.     © Wind of Happiness  

Mindful Sunday #11

Hello everyone, January is almost over but I hope you had a great start into the year 2023! Today I am finally writing another mindful sunday post! “The moment you become aware of the ego in you, it is strictly speaking no longer the ego, but just an old, conditioned mind-pattern. Ego implies unawareness. Awareness and ego cannot coexist.” ― Eckhart Tolle  This quote just reminds me of being aware - aware of your thoughts, aware of your actions, aware of the things you consume and aware of the things and people you spend your time with. I think sometimes we´re all so busy to do our chores - but in this moments we are rarely aware of ourselves. And it´s in this times that we kinda feel disconnected and stressed. We aren´t listening to our inner selves and we quickly get unsatisfied with life. So please, take a step back. Take a deep breath and let your to do`s wait. Let your mind wander and explore your inner self. It doesn´t matter if you take a walk, if you make yourself

Reminder #1 Don`t let yourself hold back from expectations of others

Hello everybody, today I just want to remember myself and you that we should not let other people an their opinions determine our lifes. Why are we always listening to others what´s good for ourselves? Why are other opinions than ours so important to us? I mean, why do we make ourselves unhappy instead just following our inner voice, follow our dreams? Or at least try to and when we fail we stand back up and look for another way to get through.
