today I went for a walk and I realized how important it is to let go of everything that doesn`t serve you anymore inorder to enter the new year with peace in your hearts, with courage and love.

How often do we really show our appreciation and love to others?  How often are we thankful? How often do we show our true soul? How often do we want to help? Do something good for others? Be humble, be kind. Life is mystery. Life is constant change. But life is beautiful. Life is deep. Life is a painting of all our experiences, all our memories.
