Hello everybody, I hope you are all doing well. I think this is actually the most important post I have ever wrote and something so important to me to share with you. I think the hardest and darkest times in life are crucial to get clearity about ourselves and transform to a better version of ourselves - or better to find the way back to our true self, our essence. Everything that triggers you in life or makes you feel that your loosing control is a strong sign of a wound that isn´t healed yet inside of yourself. So every person or circumstance that comes along your way in life is there in order to reflect your own shadows. Things that make you upset are things you do not want to see about yourself! Hello everybody! I hope you are healthy and safe.  Many of us struggle with anxiety, especially in the current time of uncertainty. But anxiety makes us feel helpless and weak and hence tears us away from the present moment. Then we often forget for what we can feel greatful and all our once positive thoughts will disappear in anxiousness. “Our anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strengths.” ― C. H. Spurgeon So here are my 5 top tips to reduce anxiety: 1. Make yourself clear that you are not your anxious thoughts. Write down everything that makes you feel worried. Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! Do you sometimes struggle with getting back up after a dissapointment, failure or mistake? Or do you currently find yourself in a difficult time due to the loss of a beloved person, illness or heartbreak? Here are my personal top 5 tips to get back on track - finding your inner light and peace. 1. Find time for yourself in order to calm your stressed mind or your broken heart. 2. Do things you really like to do. Remember yourself which activities make you truly happy. 3. Speak about your feelings to a close person like a family member, a good friend or your partner. 4. Accept your current situation and know you are not alone! After a bad time always comes a good one! 5. Forgive yourself and others.   © Wind of Happiness

So calm that we are able to embrace the unknown and stop control whatever there is. We need to learn and especially accept that the future isn`t in our hands.  Only if we trust the process we will find the puzzle pieces we are looking for and we will become one with our biggest dreams. Hello everyone!    First of all it is super essential to ask yourself if the goals & dreams you want to become true are truly coming from yourself. Because often we unconsciously take expectations from our families, friends, partners etc. and make their goals ours. After you assured yourself of that, you should know that it is quite normal that we sometimes struggle to believe in our dreams specially when things are not working out in the way we would like them to work out or if people say that they will not work out but honestly - do not listen to them! No matter how hard it seems right now to fight for your goals & dreams try to always focus on the positive things and on the things you already achieved. Like that you will gather all strength to keep fighting for them.   The process of them becoming true teaches you to accept every obstacle that comes to your life.
