Hey everyone, i know it`s been quite a while since I posted something but I hope all of you started well into the year 2025! Today I wanted to share with you 3 little reminders that can help you to invite more peace in to your daily life. 1. Gratitude I know it seems more than obvious but gratitude is more important than we might think. Gratitude invites us to find joy and peace in our daily life. It awakens our awareness of the present moment ´cause often we focus on our to do´s and future. But how often are we grateful with all that we already achieved? How often do we appreciate the things and people that are actually around us? Often we make the experience that we only miss something or someone when they aren`t around anymore. So... take a breath from time to time and make a list what you currently appreciate in your daily life. Even if it`s `just` a good book, a coffee or a beautiful flower. 2. We get lost in negative thoughts, we get tangeled in panic and we just want to have back the feeling of control.  We start to compare how we felt in the past. Was life better? Easier? Happier? We blame or judge ourselves, we cling to old emotions and memories. Maybe even get a little depressed. Also the feature looks suddenly frightening and unpredictable. How should we manage everything? Hello everybody, today I just want to remember myself and you that we should not let other people an their opinions determine our lifes. Why are we always listening to others what´s good for ourselves? Why are other opinions than ours so important to us? I mean, why do we make ourselves unhappy instead just following our inner voice, follow our dreams? Let yourself time to reflect on things in order to make important descisions. Do not put unnecessary pressure on you and do not let others do so! 2. Get to know your limits and respect them. Make your borders clear towards others! 3. Be honest to yourself and others. Speak about the things that bother you and what you really want! 4. But we should always remember: Life is precious - in every second. It is a gift we are receiving and though we can form and create that gift in a way we want it to be. Why compassion towards yourself & others helps you to be happier.

“We are all different. Don’t judge, understand instead.” ― Roy T. Bennett Compassion means to let go of our own way of thinking, to leave our comfort zone behind and try to feel what others feel. Compassion does not mean that we always need to agree with others but it means to at least try understand them. To show our love, to be there if they need us.  Also towards ourselves it is important to let go of expectations and perfectionism. Just imagine you see yourself in the mirrow and you start thinking: "I do not like my body, this part here is too fat etc. Ah - and there is a big spot on my face." You will go along with that negative thoughts of yourself all day - instead of focusing on the positive things like your beautiful hair. That example just simply shows that we will not notice beautiful things, if we are not compassionate with ourselves. Hello everyone! I wish you all a beautiful weekend. Do you have a place in your house where it looks a little bit empty or a wall where you constantly sitting infront, for example infont of your desk? I just recognized today that it makes a lot of difference if you put some pictures of your loved ones, travels, good moments etc. at that place or even if you add some new ones. It gives motivation and looking at them can revive happy and good moments even in times where we cannot be at our favourite places or with our friends. So why not grab some pictures and pin them at your wall? Always remember that if we focus on the good things and start to be grateful for all beautiful moments we already experienced and truly remember them with our heart we will invite more and more positivity in our daily life and set a positive intention for our tomorrow. “Nothing is ever really lost to us as long as we remember it.” ― L.M. Happiness is probably the most important aim in people`s life. But how can we be happy when life is challenging us? When we think we do not have anything to be happy about? When we are struggeling with our relationships, jobs etc.? Well...that is the point. Why do we need to "have" something or achieve things to be happy? Why can we not just be happy because we are living and breathing? The simple truth of being happy is that it is a decision you take. Happiness is a lifestyle.
