3 things you should embrace 2025 in order to find more peace.

Hey everyone, i know it`s been quite a while since I posted something but I hope all of you started well into the year 2025!

Today I wanted to share with you 3 little reminders that can help you to invite more peace in to your daily life.

1. Gratitude

I know it seems more than obvious but gratitude is more important than we might think. Gratitude invites us to find joy and peace in our daily life. It awakens our awareness of the present moment ´cause often we focus on our to do´s and future. But how often are we grateful with all that we already achieved? How often do we appreciate the things and people that are actually around us? Often we make the experience that we only miss something or someone when they aren`t around anymore. So... take a breath from time to time and make a list what you currently appreciate in your daily life. Even if it`s `just` a good book, a coffee or a beautiful flower.

2. Self care

Self care is something we often forget in our busy lifes. So why not planning every week something for ourselves? A bath with candles, listening to good music, going for a walk etc. Find something you really enjoy so you can recharge your batteries and reset. Little self care moments boost our mood and creativity.

3. Being honest to yourself

Do you really want to do this extra work that your colleague asked you to do for him/her? Do you really want to meet up with your friend even you actually just want to rest at home? Do you really want to organise the birthday party of your best friend? Often we do far more than we really want to do because of fear of rejection. We often don´t set boundaries. But a no to others is often a yes to yourself which leads us to the second point again: Self care!
