How to keep yourself motivated. 5 tips

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well! Today I want to speak with you about motivation. I think it is a very big factor in our life in order to live a happy and fulfilled life! So let us start: 1. Write down your goals! But first ask yourself if those goals are made by yourself or by society. Only stick with the goals that are truly coming from yourself and give all your commitment to them. Afterwards you should decide which ones are the most important and categorize them as short- or long-term oriented. 2. Start small! Write down which steps are needed to reach your next goal and what you need to do. Celebrate small success! 3. Write down motivating quotes and hang them up on your fridge, desk, laptop etc. Read them in moments when you are not motivated, when you are doubting or even when you failed.
