Why telling the truth liberates yourself. 5 reasons

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.

Today I want to speak with you about a very important but difficult and painful topic: Telling the truth. It doesn`t matter if it is in your job or in your relationships - telling the truth is challenging but makes us grow in our confidence and life experience.

“The truth hurts. And much more than love, kindness, or any of these warm feelings you’re so fond of, truth is beauty, and the thing that will set you free.”
A.D. Aliwat

1. Telling the truth makes you stronger and loyal to yourself.

2. The truth is not always kind but it will make you feel liberated - even if you fail.

3. Only when telling the truth to others they can try to understand your feelings and opinions.

4. With telling the truth you set boundaries and limits to yourself and others. This leads to self-care and self-love.

5. All your burdens and most of your worries will disappear because you release them out of your mind. This makes space for new ideas and will lead to creativity.
