Hello everybody and happy November! It is incredible how fast time flies. Autumn is the perfect season to let go everything that no longer serves you. Only when you are not afraid of change, you can allow to free yourself of everything that does not bring value anymore or that even make you feel heavy. 1. Write a list with negative and limiting beliefs, emotions or thoughts that do not serve you anymore and burn that list. You will feel so much more free and create space for new things!  2. Declutter your work/living space. Give items away that you did not use the last few months! 3. Do not judge your past.
